The upcoming SLB Explore Egypt Forum, hosted and organised by SLB in partnership with Frontier brings together the industry to promote exploration opportunities and sub-surface potential in Egypt.
The gathering of SLB partners and Egyptian regulators, including the Ministry of Petroleum, EGPC, EGAS, and GANOPE, will convene in this unique forum designed to engage the industry on the opportunities that Egypt offers, encompassing Egypt’s bid rounds and SLB digital data initiatives.

Agenda Highlights
The event will kick off with presentations by SLB partners, offering a regional outlook, addressing the evolving energy demand landscape.
Noteworthy regulators, including the Ministry of Petroleum, EGPC, EGAS, and GANOPE, will participate in a panel discussion, exploring the strategic partnership between SLB and Egypt's energy sector, and EUG's transformative role in the country’s bid rounds and digital data initiatives.
Stakeholders, including EGAS, EGPC, and GANOPE, will present updates on bid rounds and additional information on infrastructure and opportunities.
The technical session aims to delve into accelerating and de-risking the Exploration & Production (E&P) cycle through technology, providing a historical overview of Egypt's activities and projects from a technological standpoint.
Topics such as seismic acquisition, seismic processing, AI/ML, data management, and sustainable energy will be discussed. The exploration of Egypt's prolific basins will be a key focus, featuring insights into the Mediterranean Sea & Nile Delta, Western Desert, Gulf of Suez, and the Red Sea.
The forum anticipates multiple presentations from SLB, EUG, and operators to enrich the discussions.
